When I bake, I generally measure ingredients. When I cook, I almost never do. I cook things until they are done and at the temperature that feels right. I’m having a hard time coming up with main dishes, because I forget to measure how many cups of carrots I used or how long something was in the slow cooker. My Main Dishes, therefore, will be more ideas and approximations that you can make your own. A slight variation of quantity will make almost no difference.
